Return/Refund Policy


- You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Perishable goods (e.g. roasted coffee nearing roast date)
- Opened consumables (e.g. opened bags of coffee, per hygiene)
- Custom or personalized orders

🔄 Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or wrong. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

💵 Refunds
- Once we receive and evaluate your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless we shipped a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing insurance for returns.

📬 How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
3. Ship back the item as instructed and retain your tracking number.
4. Once received, we’ll notify you of the refund or exchange status.
