Refund policy


We offer a 7 day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return

To be eligible for a return your item must

  • Be unused unopened and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original packaging labels and proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation

To start a return contact us at xbestdealpr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
Once your request is reviewed and approved we will provide you with a return shipping label and full instructions on how to send your item back
Do not return any item without receiving a confirmation email from our team


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us at xbestdealpr@gmail.com if

  • You received a damaged or defective item or

  • You received the wrong product

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund as needed


Non Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned including

  • Perishable goods such as food beverages and plants

  • Personalized or custom made items

  • Personal care products such as beauty or hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards or sale and discounted items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies please contact us before making a return


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item please return the original product first
Once your return is accepted you may place a new order for the replacement item


European Union Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason and without justification
Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions described above


Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund
